Cape Sky’s entire theme is both beauty & strength- you were born beautiful, yet from hard country. You are a working person who provides for his/her family and you were raised from discipline and strong values but there is a group of men and women who are just a bit stronger than most. They served not only their family but their entire country. These men and women were built tough and were not scared of the sacrifices of armed service and sometimes, even war. Many of our nations veterans are homeless today but our company wants to give back. Portions of each product sold will be donated to homeless veterans. If you do or don’t buy our products, please donate to our new North American program- giving back to Armed Service veterans who gave so much to us. Read the stats below.

USA

By 2023, homelessness among veterans neared 40,000.. Since 2009, this statistic has been increasing by close to 10%. Nearly 16,000 of these veterans were living “unsheltered.”

Canada

Many veterans in Canada have been experiencing “Hidden” homelessness. The estimated number of these homeless vets was to be determined to be between 3,000 to 10,000. Many lived in their own vehicles while others directly on the street. Why would we leave our servicemen/women to live this way?

Let us Never Forget

Many of our nation’s heroes have also been wounded, lost limbs and suffer from severe trauma. These proud men and women have seen many conflicts such as desert Storm, the Bosnian conflict, violence in Somalia just to name a few. They will never be the same again so let’s give back. Our donations will be filmed and documented for you to see where our money is going. We will be giving donations to reputable foundations such as “Homes for our Troops” and the “Wounded Warrior” Project plus we will even be giving money directly into the hands of one brave soldier that needs our help. ALL donations will be verified by a government official and posted on this site. By you wearing Cape Sky, you are saying to all that you support our military and you care for our veterans who are strong and proud like you.
